By accessing and using BizBio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
BizBio provides digital business card, menu, and product catalog creation and hosting services. The Service allows users to create, customize, and share digital profiles accessible via web browsers, QR codes, and NFC technology.
3.1. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
3.3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4.1. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.
4.2. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
4.3. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.4. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
4.5. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
5.1. You are solely responsible for all content you upload, publish, or display on the Service.
5.2. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
5.3. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
5.4. You grant BizBio a license to display and distribute your content as part of the Service.
6.1. The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by BizBio and protected by copyright and other laws.
6.2. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
6.3. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service.
BizBio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8.1. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.
8.2. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
8.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
